Hand the download to the Vanta service portal when that portal is stood up. This site does not push updates and does not hold customer records.

Design and framework only. Live records, review, and the customer create all happen on the Vanta service portal.

Connectable people
Only a Vanta NDT person can be connected across customer portals. A customer person never can. Connect is not permission to write their records.

Chat
From their own portal, a customer can message Vanta personnel. That thread does not reach any other customer.

Create
Anything created on the Vanta side, except an inspected tool, is created in that customer's portal only. An inspection tool is an inspected tool. Those stay for review, then go out through the API.
